2004 Week 10

Football Fans,

Another sad chapter in Illinois football history as the Gophers (who lost to Michigan State who lost to SUNJ for crying out loud!) took the Illini out to the woodshed. Also a rough week for the SEC brethren in our pool. The Crimson Tide lost to their rivals in Knoxville, LSU squeaked out a "W" against the powerhouse that is Troy (who lost to Arkansas State last week), and the Florida Fighting Fratbusters were run over by Mississippi State (who lost to Maine earlier this year). But, as always, things could be a lot worse. Pool favorite Western Michigan was handed their 6th straight loss by yet another directional school, Northern Illinois.

Looks to be another busy schedule with few marquee matchups this week. The cocktail party contest, ASU-Cal, and OU-OSU (those are Oklahoma schools for you Oregon lovers) look to be the best games of the week.

Buena suerte to all, and Go Illini!
